Who I am
After a twenty-year career in hospitality that took me from the South to travelling through Africa, working in kitchens across London, climbing Mt Fuji, to cooking at a five-star hotel in Tokyo for Japanese celebrities, Bill Gates, and former U.S. Vice President Al Gore, I returned home to start a business. This journey culminated in 2010 creating the World’s Largest Pavlova, topped with the Bledisloe Cup, inside the Christ Church Cathedral, raising funds for the KidsCan Charitable Trust.
When I’m not working, I’m training for marathons, or I could be the best-dressed Gorilla riding a mini bike on the Cancer Society’s Trans-alpine Scooter Safari.
I enjoy the flexibility of my work and collaborating with amazing agents. My projects range from photographing modest homes to creating videos of luxurious properties, documenting town house developments, flying drones over farms, making floor plans of lifestyle properties, and capturing stunning twilight panoramas. I’ve explored some of Canterbury’s oldest homes and regularly visit its newest builds.
Every day presents new challenges.
